R. Landon Dirickson, Esq.
R. Landon Dirickson is the managing partner of Dirickson Law where his 18-year career has catered exclusively to entertainment related clients, including award-winning artists, actors, celebrities, record labels, publishers, producers, managers, and songwriters, etc.
Landon's practice focuses on the drafting and negotiation of agreements, intellectual property matters, corporate matters, private equity and financing matters, among others. He also has extensive experience negotiating agreements and managing intellectual property portfolios, not only in the U.S., but also in foreign territories throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, South Africa, South America and Canada.
Rachel Mangan, Esq.
Rachel is an Associate Attorney at Dirickson Law. Originally from Chagrin Falls, OH, she graduated summa cum laude from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a minor in Pre-Law. After graduating, Rachel moved to Nashville and attended Belmont University College of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2021, with a concentration in Entertainment & Music Business. While at Belmont Law, she achieved Dean’s List, acquired best performance awards in Legal Information & Communication Practicum II and Federal Income Taxation, and became Managing Editor of Law Review.
Prior to joining Dirickson Law, Rachel interned with Taylor, Pigue, Marchetti & Blair, PLLC and Gordon Law Group as well as with the legal department of the Nashville Predators.
Rachel has a sincere desire to help entertainers and creators of intellectual property. In addition to her passion for entertainment and intellectual property law, she loves watching ice hockey, being active, and reading. Rachel is admitted to practice law in the state of Tennessee and a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
Don Clarkin, Esq.
Don Clarkin, originally from Laguna Beach, CA, has joined Dirickson Law as an
associate attorney. Graduating from Belmont University College of Law in 2020, Don built a boutique practice catering to the creative side of the music industry. Prior to that, he spent five years working in the music industry in other business capacities. During law school Don served as the President of the Entertainment Law Society and earned a certificate in Entertainment and Music Business Law. He is a member of the Country Music Association (CMA), Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP), the Music Business Association, and Nashville's Young Entertainment Professionals (YEP).
Don has a serious passion for music and people and can be found connecting with both at writers rounds, showcases, and festivals in Nashville and around the country. He prides himself on his attentiveness and high level of service to clients.
